Blue Heron BrewPub, located in the historic Parkin Place, offers the best in pub dining and finely hand crafted, locally brewed beers. Open for lunch and dinner daily*, the BrewPub offers a delightful selection of appetizers, sandwiches, salads, and hearty entrees. If you can't stay, you can arrange to "take out" your order. **
Our beers are brewed by Rick Sauer. Rick is a pioneering veteran of the craft beer scene of northern Wisconsin. Rick began home brewing in 1990, and by 1993 was taking the Brewpub Operations course at the acclaimed Siebel Institute for Brewing Studies in Chicago IL. In 1995 he added a 2 barrel microbrewery to the the existing Rail House Pub in Marinnette WI. In 1996 Rick founded The Twin Ports Brewing Company in Superior WI, which he owned and operated for over a decade. Since 2007 in addition to various brewery start-up consulting jobs in northern Wisconsin and Minnesota, Rick has served as brewmaster for Thirsty Pagan Brewery, Superior WI, Brady's Brewhouse, New Richmond WI, and now Blue Heron Brewpub, Marshfield WI.
Opening at 11:00 a.m. Weekdays and Saturdays, Blue Heron BrewPub offers a casual, non-smoking environment within an interesting historic building. You may also join us upstairs at West 14th Restaurant, where we have the same great microbrews in a quieter setting with food comparable to the finest restaurants in New York (without the dress code).
Come in and enjoy all we have. Our goal is to offer you the best food, well served, in a comfortable atmosphere, at a reasonable price.
